Along with her professional project management certifications and degrees in Law and International Relations, she has developed her own specialist business skills in working with organisations that have both local and international operations.

As an entrepreneur, Indah holds highly the importance of employee health and wellbeing, as this drives the broader culture and success of the organisations that she leads. She excels in building sustainability in every company that she has founded with a focus on the health and longevity of both the business and its people.

Her extensive experience in delivering international education programs and cross-cultural festivals, has given her outstanding foundations in business leadership & communications, partnership programs, project management, contract negotiations, operational risk and compliance, along with an extensive business network around the world.

Indah is a delivery focused individual who has an open and collaborative management style. She has worked with global project teams that are distributed across two or three geographic locations at a time. Having delivered overseas programs in many different regions including, Middle East, Americas and Oceania, she has a proven track record in adapting to rapidly changing environments and an in-depth understanding of multi-cultural issues and opportunities.

Indah is also an accomplished designer and producer having created and hosted a unique Indonesian Cultural festival stage performance in Jordan, New Zealand, Canada, USA and Australia. She is also an enthusiastic painter.
