Background
Amalia Huwaidah is an accomplished UX/UI and Product Designer with over five years of experience designing intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across e-commerce, enterprise platforms, and technology-driven services. She specialises in translating complex business requirements into accessible, engaging, and visually consistent interfaces through user research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Her expertise in design systems, Figma, and collaborative product development enables her to bridge the gap between business objectives, user expectations, and technical implementation.
At Cybe, Amalia leads UX/UI design initiatives across the organisation’s digital platforms, including the Block Identity digital trust ecosystem and Digital School platform. She is responsible for developing scalable design systems, intuitive user journeys, and high-fidelity interfaces that simplify complex cybersecurity, digital identity, and educational workflows. Working closely with software engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams, she ensures that Cybe’s platforms deliver consistent, accessible, and engaging digital experiences while supporting efficient development and long-term product scalability.
Prior to joining Cybe, Amalia held product design positions at Tokopedia, Reporty, RebelWorks, and AirAsia RedTix, gaining extensive experience across digital commerce, SaaS platforms, and mobile applications. At Tokopedia, she contributed to seller advertising experiences, enterprise workflow automation, and reusable design systems that improved development efficiency. She has also served as a UI/UX Mentor at Alterra Academy, supporting emerging designers through practical learning and professional development. Amalia holds a Bachelor of Informatics from Telkom University, graduating Cum Laude, and brings a strong combination of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and human-centred design to Cybe’s digital innovation initiatives.
