EXECUTIVE IMPERATIVE

Cyber resilience is an executive responsibility.

Cyber incidents can affect organisational performance, reputation, regulatory obligations and business continuity. Effective resilience therefore requires active executive oversight — not only technical controls.

01

Enterprise Risk

Recognise how cyber threats span business units, supply chains and third-party ecosystems.

02

Governance & Duty

Understand Board and C-suite accountability for risk oversight, compliance and stakeholder assurance.

03

Crisis Leadership

Build the judgement to lead response, communication and recovery when disruption occurs.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Strategic insight. Practical application. Executive readiness.

The Executive Cyber Resilience Program equips participants with essential knowledge and tools to manage cyber risk, ensure regulatory compliance and embed resilience across the organisation.

Through focused modules, real-world case studies and a live ransomware simulation, participants develop the capability to lead cybersecurity governance, crisis response and resilience initiatives.

PROGRAM FORMAT
2 Days

Delivery: Instructor-led classroom or webinar

Audience: Board members, C-suite executives and senior leaders responsible for governance, risk and organisational performance.

Classroom: Minimum 20 participants; otherwise delivery by webinar.

CURRICULUM

Six modules built for executive decision-makers.

A concentrated curriculum combining governance, strategic risk management, organisational resilience, incident leadership and live crisis simulation.

Cybersecurity Risk Landscape for Executives

Examine critical threats including ransomware, insider threats and supply-chain risk; understand financial, reputational and operational fallout; and clarify executive responsibilities.

Cybersecurity Governance and Executive Leadership

Define Board and C-suite roles in cyber risk oversight, establish governance structures aligned with business goals, and drive organisation-wide cybersecurity culture from the top.

MODULE 3

Strategic Cyber Risk Management

Prioritise cyber risks across enterprise systems, integrate cybersecurity into enterprise risk management, and communicate cyber risk effectively to stakeholders.

MODULE 4

Building Comprehensive Organisational Cyber Resilience

Apply the resilience lifecycle — anticipate, withstand, recover and adapt — while assessing readiness across people, process and technology.

MODULE 5

Executive-Level Incident Response and Crisis Management

Govern the incident response lifecycle, lead internal and external crisis communication, and direct post-incident recovery and improvement.

MODULE 6

Tabletop Simulation — Cyber Crisis Leadership

Participate in a live ransomware simulation, practise executive decision-making, coordination and regulatory response, then complete a group debrief and action plan.
